Terms of Use (EULA)

For auto-renewing subscriptions, Apple's standard end-user license agreement ("Standard EULA") applies unless we provide a custom EULA. The terms below add to or clarify the Standard EULA. Where the two documents conflict, the Standard EULA controls.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use Darts Scorekeeper Pro on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms.

Subscriptions

The Pro tier is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Plans:

• Scorekeeper Pro · Monthly — price shown at point of purchase.
• Scorekeeper Pro · Yearly — price shown at point of purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → [Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your device, or via Settings → Manage Subscription inside the app.

We do not offer refunds directly. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

The app is provided as a darts scoring and practice utility. You agree not to:

• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code;
• use the app to harass, defame, or harm any person;
• use the app for any illegal purpose;
• bypass or circumvent any subscription, gating, or App Store mechanism.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app is free of bugs or that it will operate without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

If these terms change in any material way, the change will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
