Getting started

How do I start a 501 leg?

Open the app, tap the green Quick Start hero on Home, then tap Start match. Use the quick-score chips (26, 41, 45, 60, 81, 100, 140, 180) for common turns or the keypad for arbitrary scores, then tap End turn.

How does Cricket scoring work?

Tap New match, choose Cricket, pick players, start. Each tap on a number (15–20, Bull) records a mark. Three marks closes the number for that player; further marks score points if any opponent has not yet closed.

How do I undo a mistake?

Tap the Undo button on the match screen. It reverses the most recent turn — including a checkout or a bust. Undo is always available during a match.

Scoring

What's a bust?

A bust is a turn that takes you below zero, leaves you on 1, or finishes without a double when double-out is on. Busted turns return your remaining score to the start of the turn.

Why does double-out require a final-dart confirmation?

To validate that the finishing dart was a double or Bull. The app then writes a clean checkout event for stats — no fake checkouts from turn-totals.

Are checkout suggestions optimal?

The generator returns at least one valid route for every reachable finish 2–170. Pro unlocks expanded route options including alternate finishes.

Subscriptions & Pro

What's included in Free?

What does Pro unlock?

How do I cancel?

Open Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your device, choose Scorekeeper Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. The Pro tier remains active until the end of your current billing period.

I purchased on another device — can I restore?

Yes. On the new device, sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings.

Data & privacy

Where is my data stored?

On your device only — in the app's sandbox. Nothing is uploaded. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I erase everything?

Settings → Erase all data permanently deletes match history, players, and settings on the device. Subscription state is unaffected (managed by Apple).

Troubleshooting

The Restore button says "No active Pro subscription found."

Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID that purchased the subscription, and that the subscription is still active (Settings → [Apple ID] → Subscriptions). If the issue persists, email support.

I lost a match after restarting the app.

In-progress matches are saved as you play. Open the Matches tab and tap an active match to resume.
